Special characters recognition

Any automation tool used to have few special characters to be masked to identify them. Silktest also not supports few characters in tag. You can't give following chars directly into tag.

]
{
&
*
/
?
|

Silktest is using those chars for different purpose. What can you do is, you can create a function to create correct tag for any string.
